Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in leasing, sales, or property management.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to lead when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and recommend improvements.
• Be a role model and maintain high operational standards.
