Job summary

Arlington Properties in Greenville, SC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to grow into a leadership role in property management. You will help drive leasing success, support team operations, and build lasting relationships with residents.

In this hands-on role, you’ll supervise leasing activity, assist with daily operations, and ensure resident satisfaction. You’ll train to lead your own community while upholding Fair Housing and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years experience in leasing, sales, or property management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; reliable and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards
