Bell Partners Sunrise in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager with financial administration, posting rental collections, deposits, and overseeing accounting tasks.

You will support Leasing Consultants, coordinate with the Regional Manager, conduct market surveys, maintain lease files, process notices to vacate, and handle delinquency and evictions as needed while delivering strong resident service and team collaboration.

Competenze

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field required.
• Strong collections experience and accounting skills required.
• Onesite/Rent Roll experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in property management preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience and leasing experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Support Leasing Consultants in leasing of apartments and lease apartments if necessary.
• Post rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions for the community.
• Meet regularly with Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss performance.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes.
• Maintain and update resident lease files and generate reports.
