Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, including sales/multi-family leasing.
• Strong operational background and leasing skills required.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and property management software, preferably Yardi.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in all aspects of daily operations for your community.
• Perform assigned accounting tasks including collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments and processing month end activities.
• Keep Yardi and related software up to date with rent charges, occupants, lease dates and data.
