Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in residential property management.
• Experience with market-rate communities.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and Yardi Voyager.
• Working knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Regulations.
• Organized and detail oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Complies with all Jones Street Residential policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Supervise on-site staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure occupancy targets are met and apartment turnover is optimized.
• Maintain accurate financial and property records including rent rolls and invoices.
• Respond to resident questions and manage concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate leasing and renewal processes and guide sales strategies.
