Arlington Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager at Collingwood Apartments in Alpharetta, GA. You will assist the Community Manager with leasing, operations, and supervising the team to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You’ll step into a leadership role, coordinate resident events, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and help maintain high property standards while growing your management skills through ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred).
• 1+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Licensed to drive and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
