Qualified candidates have leasing or property management experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Fair Housing. A high school diploma or GED is required, with college coursework preferred. Weekend flexibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation accurately.
• Assist with resident retention and plan community events.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and standards.
• Monitor property condition and propose improvement actions.
