Arlington Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Collierville, TN to support leasing, operations, and team supervision at a multifamily community.

You’ll help manage daily tasks, process payments, and bolster resident satisfaction while preparing to lead your own community in the future. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and adherence to Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with leadership potential.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and resident service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards
