Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years experience in leasing, sales, or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with property management systems.
• Reliable, flexible; willing to work a varied schedule including weekends.
• Must be licensed to drive and insured.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and uphold high operational standards.
