Capital Square Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Austin Chase—an on-site role in Macon, GA. You will co-lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure financial and service goals align with corporate policies.

The role emphasizes rent collection, leasing oversight, delinquencies, and market analysis to improve occupancy and revenue while maintaining resident satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Proven supervisory abilities to hire, lead, and manage teams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively for legal documents and lease explanations.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database management for required reports.
• Strong proficiency with community management software (Yardi or equivalent).
• Numerical skills for budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meet targeted revenues by ensuring rent and fees are collected promptly and deposits posted.
• Oversee leasing by approving applications, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Manage delinquencies to achieve KPIs as directed.
• Update RADIX market survey and support marketing strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Ensure maintenance team complies with standards and safety.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain appearance and safety, and prepare reports.
• Complete accounting and financial reporting duties as assigned.
