Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Modesto, CA to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community. You will supervise staff, manage rent collection, and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks, aiming to optimize cash flow and resident satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing property operations and finances.
• Ability to manage delinquency and rent collection.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven customer service and resident relations.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines and OSHA basics.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and monitor cash flow.
• Lead onsite staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare monthly closings and maintain records.
