Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Tallahassee to support the Community Manager with leasing, marketing and resident relations. You will help supervise staff and ensure accurate financial records while maintaining high occupancy and service levels.

The role requires HUD/TAX CREDIT background, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HUD/TAX CREDIT background required.
• Experience with leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Strong professionalism and attendance; reliable communicator.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and record rental/leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager with reporting and resident requests.
• Assist in renewal and retention programs.
• Manage rent collection and delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
