Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC is a plus.
• Knowledge of property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent and revenue payments daily.
• Update property management software to track activity and profitability.
• Handle eviction and dispossessory procedures per policy and state law.
• Prepare month-end accounting reports and financial statements per policy.
• Process accounts payable per SOPs.
• Process resident files after move-out and prepare damage invoices.
• Build positive relationships with residents to resolve issues and maintain a pleasant property.
• Answer calls and provide information, pre-qualify, show and lease apartments as needed.
• Coordinate recertifications and health/safety inspections.
• Manage site-based waiting lists.
• Develop leasing marketing strategies and goals for the Community Leasing Specialist.
