Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in property management.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Familiar with LIHTC and LURA compliance.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and ada regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community.
• Supervise staff and ensure service delivery standards.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and financial goals.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate reporting with regional leadership.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and cash flow activities.
