Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CPM preferred; LIHTC/HUD property experience.
• 3+ years property management experience; supervisory experience.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and NOI focus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, LIHTC, HUD regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and NOI for properties.
• Ensure data accuracy in OneSite and leasing activities.
• Recommend capital improvements and maintenance upgrades.
• Manage leasing processes and resident relations.
• Monitor market rents and occupancy; manage budgets.
• Prepare operating budgets and variance reports.
• Supervise team, schedule, and performance reviews.
