Job summary

Associa seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Liberty Hill, TX to support HOA operations, financial tasks, and project coordination for single-family and condo communities.

You will assist the Community Association Manager, greet residents, respond to inquiries, coordinate events, enforce policies, and help manage amenities, access systems, and board communications. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HOA/community management for single-family or condo communities.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to the Board and residents.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet homeowners and residents in the office.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails/voicemails promptly.
• Assist in daily operations of amenities and facilities.
• Assist with access control and badge ID systems.
• Support New Resident Orientations.
• Help administer reservations for the community center and amenities.
• Support administration and enforcement of community policies.
