Lifetime HOA Management in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced HOA Community Manager to lead multiple associations, foster strong Boards, and ensure professional management in compliance with governing documents and Texas law.

You will oversee daily operations, manage vendor relations, financials, and governance matters, including meetings, reporting, and resident communications, with a focus on exceptional service and community value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in HOA/property management or related real estate management.
• Strong knowledge of HOA governing documents and Texas HOA laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience managing budgets, reserve projects, and capital improvements.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HOA Boards, homeowners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare Board meeting agendas, reports, packets, and minutes.
• Attend and facilitate meetings, including evenings and special sessions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple HOA communities.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and capital improvement projects.
• Monitor finances, budgets, delinquency and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and Texas laws.
