Job summary

RISE Association Management Group is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and single-family HOA communities in the Austin area, with a focus on client relationships and informed decision-making.

You will coordinate financial, operational, maintenance, vendor, and resident-service needs, serving as the primary contact for Boards and homeowners. Travel within the Austin area is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of community association or HOA management experience.
• Experience working directly with Boards of Directors.
• Experience managing vendors, projects, and homeowner concerns.
• General understanding of accounting principles and association financial statements.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Professional judgment and accountability.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Austin area.
• Occasional evening Board meetings and weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of condominium and single-family HOA communities.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned Boards and communities.
• Attend Board and member meetings and provide professional guidance.
• Prepare meeting agendas, packets, reports, and follow-up documentation.
• Track Board decisions and ensure action items are completed.
• Coordinate maintenance, budgets, and vendor services.
• Provide Boards with clear financial and operational recommendations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor proposals.
• Identify potential issues before they become bigger problems.
• Build strong relationships with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review monthly financial packages and Board reports.
• Assist with annual budgets and ongoing financial planning.
