Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks within our apartment communities. You will partner with the Community Manager to lead by example, address resident concerns, and ensure the team operates smoothly while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include leasing support, rent collection, ledger reviews, and contributing to positive resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Two years property management experience preferred; six months as assistant manager preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing & Occupancy: conduct tours, respond to leads, guide prospects through leasing.
• Prepare lease applications, renewals, and related documents for timely processing.
• Oversee rent collection, payments, and ledger accuracy; monitor delinquencies.
