Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of a multifamily community’s operations, including financial performance, leasing success, vendor partnerships, and resident satisfaction.

You will guide your team through development and daily support to ensure strong occupancy and a thriving community environment, while maintaining quality and compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience; Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager experience preferred.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family; highly preferred.
• Experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposit accounting, and delinquency tracking.
• Maintain accurate records using Yardi and Knock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
