The role emphasizes leasing performance, financial reporting, and maintaining a thriving community environment through strong leadership and service.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience, including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family settings is highly preferred.
• Industry software experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft Office is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial oversight: budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Operational excellence: drive occupancy, oversee maintenance, and vendor management.
• Team leadership: hire, train, coach, and build a positive office and maintenance culture.
• Resident experience: address concerns, host events, and manage online reputation.
