Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months of assistant manager experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing by conducting tours and responding to leads.
• Assist with rent collection, renewals, and billing.
• Lead in absence of Community Manager.
• Oversee resident relations and service requests.
• Prepare financial reports for leadership.
