Job summary

KH Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at an established Atlanta community. You will assist with leasing, resident communications, rent collections, and coordinating maintenance, working closely with the Property Manager to drive occupancy and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while providing strong service to residents and the on-site team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting property operations such as leasing activity, resident communications, rent collections, and maintenance coordination.
• Strong organizational and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the property, including leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, and administrative processes.
• Support the on-site team, leasing staff, and maintenance personnel.
• Make day-to-day decisions to resolve issues and uphold property standards.
• Drive occupancy through leasing strategies, renewals, marketing, and community engagement.
• Ensure timely rent collection, financial reporting, and adherence to guidelines.
• Serve as the point of contact for residents and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve property performance and resident retention.
