Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks for the property. You will prepare close-out reports, process invoices, collect rent, and use the property management system to report financials.

You will also assist with leasing, marketing, onsite supervision, and vendor management while ensuring resident satisfaction and adherence to company standards. A weekend schedule is required, with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service helpful.
• Familiarity with property management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Processes invoices and manages daily financial operations for the community.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to inform improvements and marketing plans.
• Manages lease enforcement, inspections, collections, and related actions.
• Conducts property tours and provides updates on performance to clients.
• Oversees safety, maintenance, and appearance of the property.
