Precision Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support our portfolio teams and enhance resident experience. You will coordinate resident services, assist with communications, and contribute to marketing-driven revenue initiatives across properties.

You will help manage the lease lifecycle, ensure smooth operations, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accountability and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer management experience in multifamily or management/customer service
• Strong background developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated sales and customer service expertise
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and analyze data

Responsabilités

• Serve as a go-to resource for community teams and portfolio leadership
• Research new resident amenities and loyalty programs to add value and drive revenue
• Ensure the Community Manager can rely on you during absences
• Manage resident communication initiatives and share meaningful information
• Assist with lease signing to renewal processes including rent collections/posting
• Inspire marketing and social media strategies to strengthen resident events
• Follow and enforce delinquency protocols to reduce delinquencies
