Westland Real Estate Group in San Bernardino, CA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager and drive daily operations. The role emphasizes financial health, resident experience, and budgets to sustain strong occupancy across our communities.

You will coordinate rent collection, delinquencies, inspections, and maintenance while mentoring the on-site team and upholding company standards. Nevada license is a required employment condition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• This position requires Nevada Private Investigator's License (work card) as a non-negotiable condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Financial Health: manage rent collection, delinquencies, audits, and assist in budget prep.
• Leasing & Resident Experience: support leasing activities and maintain high customer service.
• Operational Oversight: coordinate maintenance, inspections, work orders, and vendor communications.
• Team Leadership: support and motivate the on-site team to meet standards.
