Westland Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Arcadia Palms in Las Vegas. You will assist with financial health, leasing activities, and on-site operations to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, knowledge of regulations, and a Nevada Private Investigator's License (work card). valid driver’s license and NV residency are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• This position requires Nevada Private Investigator's License (work card).
• Nevada only.

Responsibilities

• Drive the community's financial health by managing rent collection and delinquencies, auditing invoices, and assisting budget preparation.
• Support leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals and manage tenant relations.
• Coordinate maintenance, work orders, and vendor communication to maintain property condition.
• Assist the Community Manager in supervising and motivating on-site staff.
