Westland Real Estate Group in Las Vegas seeks a proactive Community Manager to lead a property’s operations, finances, and team. You will own budgeting, leasing activities, and resident relations to ensure a thriving community.

You will oversee on-site staff, manage rental income, control expenses, and uphold compliance with housing regulations while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction at the property.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in property management.
• Experience budgeting, financial reporting and resident relations.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management regulations.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: manage annual budget, oversee expenses and reports.
• Team Management: lead on-site team, hiring, training, and payroll.
• Leasing & Marketing: drive occupancy, set rent, oversee renewals.
• Resident Relations: foster positive living environment and enforce policies.
• Property Operations: coordinate maintenance and vendor relations.
