Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group seeks an Assistant Community Manager for our Las Vegas property to partner with the Community Manager in daily operations, financial health, and resident experience, with growth potential to a Community Manager role.

You will manage rent collection, assist with budgets, support leasing, and coordinate maintenance to keep the community thriving, while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• This position requires Nevada Private Investigator's License/work card.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial health by rent collection, delinquencies, invoices, and budget support.
• Support leasing activities to achieve occupancy and manage renewals with strong customer service.
• Coordinate maintenance, conduct inspections, manage work orders, and liaise with vendors.
• Assist the Community Manager in supervising the on-site team and upholding standards.
