You'll focus on financial health, leasing activities, and resident experience while developing skills to grow into a future Community Manager.

The role offers on-site work, with responsibilities including budget support, rent collection, inspections, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Nevada Private Investigator license (work card) required.

Responsibilities

• Financial Support: manage rent collection, delinquencies, invoices, and assist budget prep.
• Leasing & Resident Experience: support leasing activities, maintain high customer service, enforce policies.
• Operational Oversight: coordinate maintenance, inspect property, manage work orders, communicate with vendors.
• Team Leadership: assist Community Manager in supervising on-site team.
