Westland Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Sage/Eureka in San Bernardino, CA. This on-site role supports the Community Manager in daily operations and resident relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Nevada Private Investigator's License/work card required (Nevada Only).

Responsibilities

• Financial Support: Drive the community's financial health by managing rent collection and delinquencies, auditing invoices, and assisting the Community Manager with budget preparation and expense control.
• Leasing & Resident Experience: Support all leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals. Foster positive resident relations, enforce community policies, manage lease renewals, and ensure high customer service.
• Operational Oversight: Assist in maintaining the property's condition by conducting inspections, coordinating with maintenance, managing work orders, and communicating with vendors.
• Team Leadership: Support the Community Manager in supervising and motivating the on-site team, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
