Westland Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Las Vegas, NV. You will support daily operations, drive financial stability, and help residents enjoy a high-quality living experience while developing toward a future Community Manager role.

The role emphasizes rent collection, leasing support, inspections, and team supervision. A Nevada Private Investigator License is a non-negotiable condition of employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED and Nevada Private Investigator License required.

Responsibilities

• Financially support the community by rent collection, delinquencies, and budget assistance.
• Support leasing activities and foster positive resident relations while ensuring service quality.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, work orders, and vendor communication for ops oversight.
• Assist the Community Manager in supervising and motivating on-site staff.
