The role requires strong office skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a customer-service mindset. A minimum of 1 year of general office experience is required, with 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute between communities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and maintain office appearance.
• Answer community office calls and provide requested information.
• Maintain community relationships and manage office files.
• Enter data into management software and lead information into the Link System.
• Assist in home sales processes and presenting homes to potential residents.
• Ensure residents’ privacy and comply with regulations.
