Qualifications

• 2 years of multi-family leasing or related property management experience.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager to support performance standards and operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in absence of the Community Manager.
• Assist with scheduling and work assignments; guide leasing consultants.
• Support Sales and Marketing efforts and social media as directed.
