You will review resident files, collect balances, and assist in evictions as needed. The role also involves guest interactions, tours, and supporting leasing efforts on site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, management or related field.
• 1–3 years in property management or residence life with customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Operate property software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) accurately and back up data.
