Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to create exceptional resident experiences and support smooth operations across multiple sites. You will engage residents, handle inquiries, and assist with move‑ins/move‑outs while maintaining strong community standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license and the willingness to drive between communities if needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face and main point of contact for residents.
• Respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct community tours—walk‑ins and those scheduled by our Regional Sales Team.
• Support move‑ins and move‑outs, creating a seamless experience.
• Escalate resident concerns as needed to leadership.
