Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager at Northwest Crossing to deliver an exceptional resident experience and support day-to-day operations at the community. You will greet residents, conduct tours, coordinate move-ins, and assist with events, all while upholding company policies.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, a valid driver's license, and a proactive attitude to help residents

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct tours and assist with leasing.
• Support move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain resident records, accounts, and reports.
• Walk the property to ensure curb appeal.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address resident needs.
• Assist with resident events and community engagement.
• Support daily operations and ensure company policies are followed.
