Job summary

Lakeshore Management seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Bozeman, MT. The role focuses on sales performance, revenue growth, and overall community success, supporting occupancy growth, safety, and resident relations.

Under supervision, you will handle administrative and operational tasks, including rent collection, compliance, and marketing activities, with occasional travel and weekends as needed. This is an entry to mid-level, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with performance metrics and goals.
• Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and available for on-call/after business hour emergencies.
• Must be flexible and available for travel for company training and events requiring attendance once per quarter, including occasional overnight travel as needed.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily oversight of operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Monitor key performance indicators: occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expense performance.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities; manage prospect lifecycle from lead follow-up to closing.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and address concerns promptly.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of team members; foster accountability.
• Ensure property is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with policies and regulations.
