Job summary

Lakeshore Management Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to drive operations and leasing performance in our Las Vegas community. You will support rent collection, safety, compliance, and daily administrative tasks under the Community Manager's guidance.

The role emphasizes occupancy growth, resident relations, and a high-quality resident experience in a fast-paced environment. English/Spanish bilingual skills and travel readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and be on-call after hours.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel for company training and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations under Community Manager guidance, including rent collection, compliance, and safety.
• Support occupancy growth through leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Address resident concerns promptly to maintain a welcoming community.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and vendor management as needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
