• Ensure strong curb appeal, property standards, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit required financial and operational reports.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointments, tours, and closing.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention.
• Track pipeline activity and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents; address concerns professionally.
• Promote a welcoming community environment.
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Set expectations and hold team accountable for performance.
• Foster collaborative, respectful, results-oriented culture.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors; ensure safety and compliance.
• Oversee capital projects within budget and schedule.
