Job summary

Lakeshore Management is seeking a Sales and Leasing Specialist in Bozeman, MT to drive sales and marketing for the community. You will work with community managers to meet occupancy goals, oversee online presence, and coordinate marketing initiatives to optimize asset performance.

You will analyze market conditions, manage leads, and build relationships with prospective residents and their families, promoting the Lakeshore mission and services across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Business, sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies - hands on experience.
• Technical marketing skills.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales and market research.
• Experience with computer proficiency and relevant software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Community Managers and Sales/Marketing to meet financial goals.
• Ensure strong internet presence for designated community; monitor and report activity.
• Analyze market conditions and competitors to plan marketing for existing assets.
• Manage lead tracking and document correspondence in the database.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and their families.
