SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Commissioning Manager to plan, execute, and oversee testing and commissioning for HV, BESS, and PV projects across the United States.

You will work with the Commissioning Manager and SME teams to ensure systems are installed, tested, and commissioned per project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices. The role is hybrid, with on-site presence at job sites and partial remote work.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing and commissioning on utility-scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the project commissioning team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient execution.
• Report daily to the Commissioning Manager on the status of each project.
• Review requirements and develop project milestones, deliverables lists, and commissioning plans/procedures.
• Coordinate with OEM suppliers on equipment testing and commissioning activities.
• Develop integrated P6 testing and commissioning schedules and update weekly.
• Assist with commissioning resource planning and site safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
