Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Commissioning Manager to support planning, execution, and oversight of testing and commissioning for HV, BESS, and PV projects nationwide.

You will coordinate with the commissioning team and cross-functional partners to assure safe, compliant, and reliable energy assets. This hybrid role requires onsite site presence with partial remote work and travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years testing and commissioning on utility-scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the project commissioning team with guidance and support.
• Report daily on project status to the Commissioning Manager.
• Develop project milestones, commissioning plans, and procedures.
• Coordinate with OEM suppliers for equipment testing and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain integrated testing/commissioning schedules (P6).
• Manage pre-commissioning and cold/warm/hot testing for BESS, HV, PV systems.
