You will learn color theory, assist with consultations, shampooing, conditioning, and finishing services while contributing to sales through memberships and product sales.

The role offers base hourly pay with commissions and tips, with earnings ranging from $28 to $30 per hour depending on performance, tenure, and results.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales; salon/beauty industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed colorists and support guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Perform behind-the-chair tasks: shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, styling, color prep and add-on services.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals through retail, services, and memberships.
• Keep Hair Color Bar clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
