Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry level customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in behind-the-chair services including shampooing and conditioning, styling, and finishing services.
• Support in selling retail items, memberships, and subscriptions.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory of the Hair Color Bar.
• Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, and procedures.
