You will assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

The role emphasizes front desk oversight, member services, and collaboration with the Club Manager on scheduling, cleanliness, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Experience working as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager; schedule and supervise staff.
• Oversee front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, tours.
• Assist with cleanliness, maintenance and supplies budgeting.
• Track statistics and reports weekly, monthly and annually.
• Backup for any employee who is absent and resolve member issues.
