Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests and prospective members.
• Lead a team of associates to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training to ensure staffing is adequate.
• Create a welcoming environment and respond to member inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the General Manager, manage the Club’s operation and ensure positive member experience.
• Manage all aspects of the Club’s operation in the absence of the Club General Manager and motivate the team to meet productivity and service goals.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training to maintain full staffing at all times.
• Ensure excellence in customer service by greeting and assisting members and responding to inquiries.
