Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC in Salinas, CA seeks a dedicated program administrator to manage participant caseloads, conduct risk/need assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

You will lead CBT and life-skills groups, coordinate with courts and agencies, and document progress with the program database. This is a full-time role with opportunities for professional growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice discipline or equivalent, highly preferred.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and current practices.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Manages a participant caseload using evidence-based practices; conducts risk/need assessments and creates individual treatment plans.
• Conducts orientation meetings and explains program rules to participants; installs electronic monitoring when needed.
• Sets schedules, approves activity changes, and tracks participant progress in the company database.
• Coordinates with contracting agencies and the Program Manager to meet court requirements.
• Facilitates CBT and life skills programs; documents attendance and progress.
• Maintains progress notes and discharges/aftercare planning.
