You will balance vaults, ATMs, and cash recyclers, assist with service levels, and share knowledge of products to help members. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, with emphasis on accuracy and communication.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus but may not be required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising front-line staff and branch operations.
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account changes.
• Open new accounts and build member relationships.
• Balance branch vaults, cashboxes, ATMs, and cash recyclers.
• Provide friendly service and promote the credit union's mission and values.
• Support branch lead with staffing coverage to ensure timely member service.
