Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Team Lead I for our Calumet Street location in Appleton. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, supervising front-line staff, and supporting branch operations while handling complex member transactions and account maintenance.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance cash handling duties with supervisory support to ensure a high-quality member

Qualifications

One to three years of similar or related experience.
Previous supervision experience is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Promote and uphold Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members.
Balance branch vaults, cashbox, ATM, and cash recyclers (TCRs) accurately.
Support Branch Team Lead with staffing levels and coverage.
Assist with opening new accounts and building member relationships.
Troubleshoot member concerns effectively and resolve issues.
